Rewarding Points

Staff members can award points to members/customers after they make a purchase.


To enable this, the Partner must first assign the Club for each staff and loyalty card in the partner dashboard.

QR Code Scanning

After making a purchase, logged-in members present their loyalty card which has a QR code on it. Scanning the QR code, the employee is redirected to their staff dashboard, where they can input the member's purchase amount. The system automatically calculates the corresponding points, applying the rules configured for the loyalty card.

Points-Only Mode

A staff member also has the option to enter points instead of purchase amount, by toggling the "Enter points only" option.

Redeeming Rewards

Similarly, after accumulating sufficient points, a member needs only to present a QR code to claim a reward. The staff member simply scans the QR code to validate and redeem the reward for the member.

Rectifying Errors

In case of an inadvertent mistake during the points or reward distribution, the Partner can revert the last transaction
