Staff Overview
Staff members, who are added by the Partner, play an important role in the loyalty card campaign.
They are the employees authorized and responsible for scanning members' QR codes, awarding points, and redeeming rewards.
Log in to the Staff Dashboard.
QR Code Scanning
Employees can quickly and easily scan member QR codes with any QR scanner. Use of the standard camera app is recommended.
With a simple QR scan, they are automatically redirected to the staff dashboard, where they can carry out their tasks accordingly.
