Managing Members in the Partner Dashboard

Overview

The Partner Dashboard offers a comprehensive overview of the members that your staff has interacted with throughout the past year.


To review the list, navigate to Users > Members.

Member Interactions

The member list also comes with a "Loyalty Cards" column that displays the cards that the member has used.

Reverting the Latest Transaction

Upon selecting a specific card of a member, you will see a button labeled "Delete last transaction".


This button allows you to undo the last transaction associated with that card. It's important to keep in mind:

  • This action cannot be undone.
  • A transaction can either be the points issued or a reward claimed.
  • If a reward claim is reversed, the points used for that specific reward will likewise be reverted. This might affect one or more of the previous transactions.
