Creating A Loyalty Card

Before You Begin

1. Club Creation

Embark on your loyalty campaign journey by first creating your club. You can then set up and design your loyalty card afterward.


Clubs do not appear on the homepage, but keep in mind that staff can only use cards that are associated with their respective club.

2. Reward Setup

Before creating your loyalty card, also ensure you have created rewards that members can accumulate points for.

Designing Your Loyalty Card

Date Settings

Set an "Issue date" and "Expiry date" for each loyalty card so that members can see the lifespan of their cards. The card will remain active and valid only for the specified timeframe.


Note: While an inactive card doesn't show up for any member, an expired card labeled as "Expired" will remain in their wallet for reference purposes.

Rule Configuration

Define your card rules by choosing the currency and configuration for calculating points on each purchase.


This simplifies the process for the staff so they can record purchase amounts seamlessly. Additionally, as an incentive, consider granting new members an "Initial bonus points" upon their first purchase.

Design

Tailor the design of your loyalty card to match your brand identity. When using a background image, you can adjust the "Background color opacity" to your liking.


Setting the opacity to "100" will completely conceal your image. Opt for a lower number to make your image more visible.
